However, this practice has increased my happiness level. It has reduced my stress recovery time. Furthermore, it has increased my contentment in life.

There are so many things to think about when figuring out what changes you want to make in your life. But what changes really move the needle in a meaningful way?

My life experiences led me to Vitayla. By focusing on these 3 elements in my life, I have seen the greatest changes in my levels of happiness.

Granted, there is still plenty of room for improvement. Still, I know that by focusing my time on these 3 elements my stress levels will continue to be managed. I will adapt to the changing world. And I will be able to be happy while achieving my goals.
