Energy provides the mind and body with the fuel to operate. Additionally it is one of the three elements of Vitayla.

An important tool I use to prioritize how to increase my level is the energy pyramid.

The building blocks of pyramid are exercise, rest, nutrition, and purpose. Each of these elements are important to maximizing your power levels.

Certainly you need food and sleep to function, but to operate at your highest level you need all 4 components.

Yet, why do so many people have trouble putting everything together? Feel fatigued? High levels of stress? Are not motivated? Why do 70% of Americans fall into the overweight or obese categories by the National Institutes of Health?

Clearly there is lots of room for improvement.
